Accor to Centralise Accounts Receivable Operations with Opypro

Opypro’s cloud-based credit management platform enables hotel groups to centralise accounts receivable across multiple properties and brands, and automate processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and optimise collections.

Melbourne – September 10, 2026 – Opypro, a leading cloud-based credit management platform, today announced its partnership with Accor, the largest hospitality group in the Pacific region, to centralise accounts receivable (AR) operations across its Australian Apartments & Realty hotel portfolio.

As Accor’s portfolio continued to grow, managing accounts receivable across multiple properties with manual processes became increasingly time-consuming. The organisation sought a technology platform that could standardise workflows, improve visibility, provide faster, automated and more accurate financial processes.

Opypro’s platform has improved Accor’s Apartments & Realty Accounts Receivable Shared Services team’s operations by automating key finance processes, including business account onboarding, invoicing and payment reconciliation, with real-time financial reporting. The solution provides Accor’s Shared Services Finance team with a single view of receivables across its leased hotel portfolio, strengthening financial controls while improving productivity.

Steven Lake, Senior Vice President Finance Operations, Pacific, said: “As our portfolio continues to evolve, it’s important we have scalable systems in place that improve efficiency, visibility and consistency across our finance operations. Opypro has enabled us to centralise key accounts receivable processes, reduce manual administration and provide our teams with greater real-time oversight of receivables across the business.”

Through integration with Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System, Opypro provides a single accounts receivable workflow, synchronising data across systems.

Dion Appel, CEO of Opypro, said: “The partnership reflects the increasing demand from hospitality organisations for intelligent automation.”

“We are proud to partner with Accor to help modernise and scale its finance operations and look forward to setting new benchmarks for hotel operators within the industry.”
